2010 Chardonnay
This individual wine is crafted to create a seamless harmony between
fruit purity and fine French oak. The nose displays melons, citrus and
guava with supporting spice from the oak. Lees stirring has added weight
and creaminess to the palate and intertwines with the nutty, spiced oak
and defined melons and tropical fruits. The acidity is cleansing and
enhances the fruit expression. A great choice.

2010 Riesling
This individual wine is crafted to display purity of fruit and vibrancy.
The nose is full of fresh lime juice with nectarines and white peaches.
The palate has a lively acidity, balanced with a minimal amount of
sweetness from the pristine fruit flavours and citrus pith.

2007 Old Vine Grenache
Crimson red in colour. The intense nose has violet floral aromas,
with fresh strawberries, raspberries and raisins. These flavours
continue onto the palate, which also offers some well-integrated
spice and gamey characters. The supple tannins add weight to the
palate and carry the fruit and acid structure of this elegant
example of Old Vine Grenache that was planted in 1912.

This individual wine is crafted to create a seamless balance between
intensity, structure and elegance. The nose has rich mulberry, dark
cherries, olives and toasted spices. The tannins are soft and silky adding
layers of structure to the dense forest berry fruit and providing great
length and supported by integrated sweet spiced oak. A great choice.

raspberries and sweet spiced French oak. The tannins are rich and
robust giving mid pallet weight and enhancing the fruit and cassis
characters. The oak maturation is evident and adds a elegance

2006 Cabernets Merlot
The wine is a dark crimson red in colour, with brick red hues.
The complex, intriguing nose displays briar fruits, raspberries and
blackberries with an aromatic violet lift from the Cabernet Franc.
Satsuma plums and berries meld with licorice, mocha and aromatic
spices on the palate. This is the ultimate food friendly wine, with the
soft tannin structure giving the finish an apparent sweet, juicy quality,
that compliments all ranges of cuisines.

This wine is crafted to provide complexity, structure and vibrancy, whilst
still retaining the elegancy that the Southern Barossa is renowned for.
The nose displays spiced, toasty oak merging with the pristine flavours of
plums, blueberries and liquorice. The new oak tannins provide backbone
to the palate yet are still rich and silky and compliment the fruit cake,
forest berries and dark chocolate flavours. A wine that has the power
and intensity to age with grace. A great choice.
